Made in New York: Mokuchi Studio. Woodworking in the Japanese Tradition. Straight Out of Brooklyn.

You gotta love New York. We used to call it a melting pot. I say it's more like a lava lamp these days: trippy, retro, modern, kitsch and classic all at the same time. Brooklyn is a hot bed for creative producers. Case in point, Mokuchi Studio which designs and builds wood structures in the Japanese Tradition.

Yann Giguère has been a professional woodworker since 1991 and founded Mokuchi Studio in 2008. If you're looking for a zen like space, Yann is the man.
