Cool Stuff for a Cool Planet: NYC's Cardiknox Electro Pop Washes Over You Like a Dream
NYC based Cardiknox might have only formed in 2013 but they have created quite a local buzz with their clever soundscapes and electric performances in music venues like the Lower East Side's Mercury Lounge. (Accolades in SPIN and Billboard haven't hurt either)
Singer Lonnie Angle and producer/singer Thomas Dutton are the dynamic duo behind the infectious sound and they are based in Manhattan (by way of Seattle). They were a smash at SXSW and the band is going on a nationwide tour with recording artist Betty Who.
