Brooklyn Grange’s NYC farms include two rooftop vegetable farms: the new Brooklyn Navy Yard Farm and their original flagship farm in Queens, Long Island City.
These magnificent urban fields of wonder total 2.5 acres of skytop greenery and produce over 50,000 lbs of organically-grown vegetables each year. The Brooklyn Grange also operates New York City’s largest apiary, with over 30 naturally-managed honey bee hives. Recently they added a mushroom operation in Brooklyn.
